Building College Education Management in the New Era: Theoretical Discussion and Model Construction Based on New Quality Productivity

This study analyses the use of new quality productivity theory in higher education management and develops a framework called the "multi-dimensional collaborative innovation management model" to tackle the challenges of globalisation and information technology. This concept combines the three dimensions of scientific and technological innovation, management innovation, and system innovation to promote effective resource allocation, improve educational quality and efficiency, and increase the education system's adaptability. This study uses mixed-methods research to verify the model's effectiveness in practical educational management as well as to present fresh theoretical perspectives and practical tactics for cultivating high-qualified talents who will satisfy the needs of future society.

Based on BIM intelligent technology and IPD collaborative management model applied to characteristic towns with PPP mode

The recent development of characteristic towns has encountered a multitude of challenges and chaos. Nevertheless, there have been many instances of information asymmetry due to the absence of an effective management model and an intuitive digital management system. Consequently, this has caused the erosion of public interests and inadequate supervision by public agencies. As society is progressing at a rapid pace, there is a growing apprehension regarding poor management synergy, outdated management practices, and limited use of technology in traditional construction projects. In today's technologically sophisticated society characterized by the “Internet+” and intelligent management, there is an urgent requirement to identify a more efficient collaborative management model, thereby reducing errors caused by information asymmetry. This paper focuses on the integration of building information modeling (BIM) and integrated project delivery (IPD) for collaborative management within characteristic towns in the PPP mode. By analyzing the available literature on the application status, this study investigates the implementation methods and framework construction of collaborative management while exploring the advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, this study highlights the problems that arise and provides recommendations for improvement. Considering this, the application of the BIM-based IPD model to characteristic towns in PPP mode will enhance the effectiveness of collaborative management among all parties involved, thereby fostering an environment that facilitates decision-making and operational management in the promotion of characteristic industries.

Effects of a collaborative health management model on peoplewith congestive heart failure: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

To determine the effects of collaborative health management of congestive heart failure through the rigorous evaluation and extraction of evidence. Over the past two decades, cardiovascular disease has been the leading cause of death worldwide. Multidisciplinary team intervention for congestive heart failure has increased with population ageing and congestive heart failure incidence rate as well as cost of care. However, the effectiveness and feasibility of collaborative health management need to be explored. Systematic review and meta-analysis. We conducted systematic literature searches in the Cochrane Library, PubMed, CINAHL and Medline for articles published between 2002 and 2022. After screening based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 13 articles were included in a rigorous review and evidence extraction process, evaluated methodological quality using the Jadad Quality Scale. Statistical heterogeneity was evaluated using Review Manager (RevMan Version 5.4) for the meta-analysis. In this study, a systematic review and meta-analysis were performed on 13 studies regarding the collaborative health management of people with congestive heart failure. The common result is that the collaborative health management model enables the enhancement of self-care and monitoring abilities, the strengthening of cardiac function, the alleviation of physiological and psychological symptoms and the improvement of readmission rates, mortality rate and quality of life. The congestive heart failure collaborative health management model could decrease the hospitalization rate related to congestive heart failure, all-cause mortality rate, and all-cause hospitalization rate, and improve the quality of life. The collaborative health management model could effectively coordinate interdisciplinary team cooperation and provide information, which decreases hospitalization and mortality risks and improves their quality of life. Our paper is a systematic review and meta-analysis, and such details do not apply to our work. WHAT DOES THIS PAPER CONTRIBUTE TO THE WIDER GLOBAL CLINICAL COMMUNITY?: The Collaborative Health Management Model provides in-depth insights, aiding in the design tailored to the specific circumstances of each country. Highlighting its critical role in the context of a global shortage of nursing staff, the model emphasizes the integration of multidisciplinary professional roles and the strengthening of collaboration as essential elements in addressing challenges posed by workforce shortages. Implementation of the Collaborative Health Management Model not only enhances patient care outcomes but also relieves pressure on healthcare systems, lowers medical costs, and addresses challenges arising from the shortage of nursing staff. Consequently, this model not only contributes to individual patient care improvement but also holds broader implications for enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of global healthcare systems. Conditions for successful implementation of couple-based collaborative management model of diabetes among community-dwelling older Chinese: a qualitative comparative analysis

BackgroundDiabetes mellitus is a prevalent and potentially devastating chronic illness affecting many older adults. Given spousal involvement in many aspects of diabetes management, coping with their partners is increasingly seen as a potential solution to make up for limited resources. This study aimed to identify the key conditions for optimal implementation of couple-based collaborative management model (CCMM) among Chinese older couples with type 2 diabetes mellitus.MethodsOlder couples and community healthcare practitioners were selected according to couples’ joint intervention attendance rate and community’s average attendance rate. This mixed methods research consisted of a qualitative phase and a quantitative phase. In the qualitative phase, in-depth interviews were conducted among 12 pairs of couples in the intervention group and 4 corresponding practitioners, in the follow-up period of the multicentered RCT from January to April 2022. Qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) in the quantitative phase to identify conditions influencing CCMM’s implementation and to explore necessary and sufficient combinations of conditions (i.e., solutions) for improving patients’ glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) control (outcome).ResultsKey conditions included implementation process, couple’s role in diabetes management, their belief and perception of CCMM, as well as objective obstacles and subjective initiative for behavior change. Accordingly, major barriers in CCMM’s implementation were patients’ strong autonomy (particularly among husbands), misbelief and misperception about diabetes management as a result of low literacy, and mistrust of the practitioners. QCA further revealed that no single condition was necessary for effective HbA1c control, while three types of their combinations would be sufficient. Solution 1 and 2 both comprised the presence of spousal willingness to help, plus correct belief and perception of diabetes management, well embodying the utility of couple collaborative management in supporting patients’ HbA1c control. On the other hand, solution 3 indicated that high-quality implementation even without spousal support, can promote the patient’s subjective initiative to overcome objective obstacles, suggesting enhanced self-management for HbA1c control.ConclusionsTailored CCMM should be implemented in reference to older couple’s preferences and literacy levels, to ensure intervention fidelity, and establish correct understanding of collaborative management among them.

A Two-Stage Evolutionary Game Model for Collaborative Emergency Management Between Local Governments and Enterprises

Enterprises play a vital role in emergency management, but few studies have considered the strategy choices behind such participation or the collaborative relationship with the government. This study contended that enterprises have at least three strategies regarding emergency management: non-participation, short-term participation, and long-term participation. We constructed a two-stage evolutionary game model to explore the behavioral evolution rules and evolutionary stability strategies of the government and enterprises, and employed numerical simulation to analyze how various factors influence the strategy selection of the government and enterprises. The results show that if and only if the utility value of participation is greater than 0, an enterprise will participate in emergency management. The evolutionary game then enters the second stage, during which system stability is affected by a synergistic relationship between participation cost, reputation benefit, and government subsidies, and by an incremental relationship between emergency management benefit, government subsidies, and emergency training cost. This study provides a new theoretical perspective for research on collaborative emergency management, and the results provide important references for promoting the performance of collaborative emergency management.

Patient preferences and cost-benefit of hypertension and hyperlipidemia collaborative management model between pharmacies and primary care in Portugal: A discrete choice experiment alongside a trial (USFarmácia®).

Little is known about patient preferences and the value of pharmacy-collaborative disease management with primary care using technology-driven interprofessional communication under real-world conditions. Discrete Choice Experiments (DCEs) are useful for quantifying preferences for non-market services. 1) To explore variation in patient preferences and estimate willingness-to-accept annual cost to the National Health Service (NHS) for attributes of a collaborative intervention trial between pharmacies and primary care using a trial exit DCE interview; 2) to incorporate a DCE into an economic evaluation using cost-benefit analysis (CBA). We performed a DCE telephone interview with a sample of hypertension and hyperlipidemia trial patients 12 months after trial onset. We used five attributes (levels): waiting time to get urgent/not urgent medical appointment (7 days/45 days; 48 hrs./30 days; same day/15 days), model of pharmacy intervention (5-min. counter basic check; 15-min. office every 3 months for BP and medication review of selected medicines; 30-min. office every 6 months for comprehensive measurements and medication review of all medicines), integration with primary care (weak; partial; full), chance of having a stroke in 5 years (same; slightly lower; much lower), and annual cost to the NHS (0€; 30€; 51€; 76€). We used an experimental orthogonal fractional factorial design. Data were analyzed using conditional logit. We subtracted the estimated annual incremental trial costs from the mean WTA (Net Benefit) for CBA. A total of 122 patients completed the survey. Waiting time to get medical appointment-on the same day (urgent) and within 15 days (non-urgent)-was the most important attribute, followed by 30-minute pharmacy intervention in private office every 6 months for point-of-care measurements and medication review of all medicines, and full integration with primary care. The cost attribute was not significant. Intervention patients were willing to accept the NHS annual cost of €877 for their preferred scenario. The annual net benefit per patient is €788.20 and represents the monetary value of patients' welfare surplus for this model. This study is the first conducted in Portugal alongside a pharmacy collaborative trial, incorporating DCE into CBA. The findings can be used to guide the design of pharmacy collaborative interventions with primary care with the potential for reimbursement for uncontrolled or at-risk chronic disease patients informed by patient preferences. Future DCE studies conducted in community pharmacy may provide additional contributions. Current Controlled Trials (ISRCTN): ISRCTN13410498, retrospectively registered on 12 December 2018.

Managing Urban Green Areas: The Benefits of Collaborative Governance for Green Spaces

Urbanisation has had an impact on people’s livelihoods, and on social infrastructures as well as on the consumption of resources. In the last century, we have witnessed many transformations at the urban scale that in many cases led to the commodification and enclosure of public areas and, especially, green areas. With the turn of the millennium and following the adoption of the UN Agenda 2030, the trend has been partially reverted and cities in Europe are becoming progressively greener, although the phenomenon do not always bring positive societal outcomes and it is not able to re-distribute benefits among community members, promoting unequal access to green areas. Instead, in many cases the so-called green gentrification phenomenon has been identified as a primary societal challenge connected with urban regeneration projects. Building on this, the paper aims to find an answer to the question of whether or not the governance model adopted for urban green areas influences how benefits connected with ecosystem services are perceived by stakeholders and re-distributed at the community level. Based on the gaps highlighted in the theoretical background and direct observation of Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano (BAM), a recently developed urban park in Milan, an analytical framework was developed and tested. The results allow us to identify innovative practices for the management of green areas capable of maximising ecosystem services’ benefits beyond the intervention area. This will support the adaptability, replicability, and scalability of these initiatives while providing effective tools for practitioners and planners when developing a collaborative management model for urban green areas.

A New Evolution Model for Collaborative Management of Knowledge Resources

Collaborative management of knowledge resources is a particularly important issue in the context of collaborative development of vocational education since it can increase utilization of knowledge resources, narrow knowledge gap, promote educational equity, and support the innovation and collaboration of vocational education. However, currently available studies and methods are quite deficient in the aspect of knowledge attribute regulation, such as the difficulty in meeting requirements for different-type knowledge resources, the ignorance of the dynamic feature of knowledge resources, and the insufficient consideration of knowledge attributes. To solve these matters, this study aims to discuss the importance of collaborative management of knowledge resources in a backdrop of the collaborative development of vocational education, with special attention on the key role of knowledge attribute regulation in collaborative management of knowledge resources. In the paper, a collaborative knowledge resource management evolution model was built to reveal the dynamic evolution process of the collaborative management of knowledge resources, so as to provide theoretical evidences for the decision-making of knowledge attribute regulation. On this basis, the paper further proposed a decision-making method of knowledge attribute regulation for the collaborative management of knowledge resources, in the hopes of realizing efficient collaborative management of knowledge resources and promoting the collaborative development of vocational education.

Status of terrestrial mammals in the Yangambi Landscape, Democratic Republic of the Congo

AbstractIn this study we provide the first comprehensive camera-trap assessment of terrestrial mammals in the Yangambi landscape, comprising the Yangambi Biosphere Reserve and a logging concession in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The terrestrial mammal community in this area exhibits lower occupancy and species richness compared to other conservation areas in the Congo Basin. The community is dominated by four species: Emin's pouched rat Cricetomys emini (1.3 kg), African brush-tailed porcupine Atherurus africanus (2.8 kg), blue duiker Philantomba monticola (5 kg) and bay duiker Cephalophus dorsalis (12 kg), which are known to be highly resilient. Large ungulates and medium-sized carnivores have particularly low abundances. Our study also confirmed the presence of four species categorized as threatened on the IUCN Red List: the chimpanzee Pan troglodytes, giant ground pangolin Smutsia gigantea, black-bellied pangolin Phataginus tetradactyla and white-bellied pangolin Phataginus tricuspis. Our findings highlight the need to consider wildlife conservation at the landscape level, including the logging concession, where species showed higher occupancy levels compared to the Biosphere Reserve, and highlighting the need for planning infrastructure construction and developing mitigation schemes, reducing forest degradation from logging and developing permanent cash crop agriculture. Landscape-level conservation will only be possible if a collaborative management model steered by local communities is developed with the participation of all constituencies.

Analysis of Key Actors in the Sustainable Management of Marine Protected Areas in Ujung Kulon National Park

The users or actors involved in the management of Marine Conservation Areas (MPA) in Ujung Kulon National Park (TNUK) come with various objectives, so it is necessary to always maintain the purpose of establishing a Marine Conservation Area in Ujung Kulon National Park (TNUK) so that it can be sustainable, both from the aspects of economic, social and ecology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main actors in the management of Marine Conservation Areas in Ujung Kulon national park and formulate a sustainable conservation area management model based on these key actors. The research method is carried out with a survey approach by filling out a questionnaire. The respondents in the study were experts as many as 12 (twelve) people. The data analysis method used in this study is stakeholder analysis with the ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling) method. The results of the analysis obtained by the main actors / stakeholders in the management of TNUK Marine Conservation Areas are: 1) Ujung Kulon National Park Center, Banten Provincial Bappeda, Communities (Fishermen), and Private Sector (Entrepreneurs). The proposed management model is a collaborative management model (Government-Community-Private).

This research used collaborative learning management model in organizing astronomy learning activities to develop learning outcomes and teamwork for primary school. There were two objectives of the study as. 1) To study the results of cooperative learning activities in astronomy, in knowledge and self-evaluation on the astronomy activity., 2) To compare the learning achievement before and after organizing collaborative learning activities. The samples in this study were grade 4–6 students of the Demonstration School. The Instrument in dependent study was learning activities in astronomy at the elementary level that used collaborative learning. The collected data were. 1) The characteristic of working as teamwork. The result yielded that the students who were receiving collaborative learning by the self-assessment survey they had teamwork skills. The overall score was 91.93/125. The average score was 3.57. The standard deviation was 1.08 which was very high level. Most of the students 32.64% reported they moderately work as team meanwhile 27.73% of them regularly work as team. For the remaining, 24% of them. Sometimes work as team 11.64% and 4% of them rarely and never work as team respectively. 2) Fourty multiple choices learning achievement test were administrated measured before and after the experiment or a single group, measured 2 times. The data were analyzed by T-tests dependent. The research results found that students who received collaborative learning get higher academic achievement, which significantly higher than the pre-test at .05 level, statistical of (t = 14.36).

Development of a Collaborative Network Management Model (CNMM) to Improve Thai Student Learning Quality

Results from the end-of-the-year 2020 test of Thai Mathayom Suksa 3 (9th Grade) students revealed that 20% failed to pass the assessment standards. Therefore, the researchers set out to study which factors affected the development of a collaborative network management model (CNMM) to develop learning quality within Thailand’s Secondary Education Service Area Office in Surat Thani and Chumphon (SESAOSC) provinces. After a panel of 17 experts determined the five main components, 351 individuals subsequently participated in a needs analysis from which the PNI modified values and desirable condition gaps were ranked. From highest to lowest were network characteristics, knowledge exchange and development of network members, operational processes of the cooperation network, network administration, and network objectives and goals vision. From the experimental use of the CNMM with 168 learners in 56 schools, a determination was made that 9th Grade learning quality had a total mean increase of 1.53%, with morality and ethics increasing by 1.65%, basic knowledge increasing by 1.38%, thinking ability increasing by 1.63%, and learner competency increasing by 1.41%.

Collaborative Management to support sustainable Community Forest

The current state of social forestry, including community forestry (HKm) in Indonesia, is practically stagnant. Many factors cause stagnation in HKm management, including the main one being the interaction with the Forest Management Unit (FMU) as forest manager at the site level. This study aims to build an institutional model for sustainable forest management through analysis of the arena of action, community attributes, and forest management rules at the Nambo Community Forest, Central Sulawesi. The results of this research found that the collaborative management model between the government and the community is suitable to be applied in Community Forest management, because it provides greater opportunities for recognizing the rights of local communities to forest resources, as well as increasing the empowerment of rural communities.

A Blockchain-Based Trust Model for Supporting Collaborative Healthcare Data Management

The development of information technology allows the collaborative business process to be run across multiple enterprises in a larger market environment. However, while collaborative business expands the realm of businesses, it also causes various hazards in collaborative Interaction, such as data falsification, inconstancy, and misuse. To solve these issues, a blockchain-based collaborative business modeling approach was proposed and analyzed. However, the existing studies lack the blockchain risk problem-solving specification, and there is no verification technique to examine the process. Consequently, it is difficult to confirm the appropriateness of the approach. Thus, here, we propose and build a blockchain-based trust model to strengthen and verify the integrity and security of the collaborative business process; Integrity and security address the validity of collaborative interactions in terms of a trust, and we construct a blockchain pattern based on trust elements to meet the required the characteristics. Specifically, a trust model can be applied to the healthcare data-sharing process, and then the achievement of the trust-based safe data-sharing process can be proven. Our model can be used as a trust-building guidance tool or for integrity and security verification with the collaborative business process in a distributed environment with blockchain.

Construction and Application of Cloud Computing Model for Reciprocal and燙ollaborative Knowledge Management

Promoting the co-constructing and sharing of organizational knowledge and improving organizational performance have always been the core research subject of knowledge management. Existing research focuses on the construction of knowledge management systems and knowledge sharing and transfer mechanisms. With the rapid development and application of cloud computing and big data technology, knowledge management is faced with many problems, such as how to combine with the new generation of information technology, how to achieve integration with organizational business processes, and so on. To solve such problems, this paper proposes a reciprocal collaborative knowledge management model (RCKM model) based on cloud computing technology, reciprocity theory, and collaboration technology. RCKM model includes project group management and cloud computing technology, which can realize management, finance, communication, and quality assurance of multiple projects and solve the problem of business integration with knowledge management. This paper designs evaluation methods of tacit knowledge and reciprocity preference based on the Bayesian formula and analyzes their effect with simulation data. The methods can provide quantitative support for the integration of knowledge management and business management to realize reciprocity and collaboration in the RCKM model. The research found that RCKM model can fully use cloud computing technology to promote the integration of knowledge management and organizational business, and the evaluation method based on the Bayesian formula can provide relatively accurate data support for the evaluation and selection of project team members.

A Q-learning based optimization method of energy management for peak load control of residential areas with CCHP systems

• An energy optimization management model for adaptive control of cooling, heating and electric peak load in coastal residential areas is presented. • The charging power of electric vehicle and the controllable power of air conditioner, water heater and refrigerator are coordinated for peak load control. • The coupling relationship and storage coordination of cooling, heating and electric energy is used to enhance the optimal control of peak load. • The deep Q-learning algorithm is used to solve the energy management optimization problem of coastal residential area for peak load control with good results. Aiming at the coastal residential area, considering the natural characteristics of wind and photovoltaic energy, the supply characteristics of gas and electric energy, the energy consumption law of cold, heat and electricity and the complementary and coupling relationship of various energy sources and load, this paper studies the formation conditions and various scenarios of peak load in the residential area with CCHP systems. Using the regulation characteristics of controllable loads such as electric vehicle, air conditioner, water heater and refrigerator, considering the coordination of cooling, heating and electric energy storage, the interchangeability and controllability of air conditioner based on electric/gas energy, and the transferability, interchangeability and controllability of water heater based on electric/gas/solar/heat energy, A collaborative energy management model for coastal resident area with electricity, gas, wind and solar energy is presented for peak load adaptive control of cooling, heating and electric energy. The Q-learning algorithm is used to solve the energy management optimization problem of peak load control in coastal residential areas, and good results are achieved, such as effectively reducing load fluctuations, improving the economy of the system, and increasing the self-sufficiency of the system.

Adaptation of the collaborative care model to integrate behavioral health care into a low-barrier HIV clinic.

The collaborative care management (CoCM) model is an evidence-based intervention for integrating behavioral health care into nonpsychiatric settings. CoCM has been extensively studied in primary care clinics, but implementation in nonconventional clinics, such as those tailored to provide care for high-need, complex patients, has not been well described. We adapted CoCM for a low-barrier HIV clinic that provides walk-in medical care for a patient population with high levels of mental illness, substance use, and housing instability. The Exploration, Preparation, Implementation, and Sustainment model guided implementation activities and support through the phases of implementing CoCM. The Framework for Reporting Adaptations and Modifications to Evidence-Based Interventions guided our documentation of adaptations to process-of-care elements and structural elements of CoCM. We used a multicomponent strategy to implement the adapted CoCM model. In this article, we describe our experience through the first 6 months of implementation. The key contextual factors necessitating adaptation of the CoCM model were the clinic team structure, lack of scheduled appointments, high complexity of the patient population, and time constraints with competing priorities for patient care, all of which required substantial flexibility in the model. The process-of-care elements were adapted to improve the fit of the intervention with the context, but the core structural elements of CoCM were maintained. The CoCM model can be adapted for a setting that requires more flexibility than the usual primary care clinic while maintaining the core elements of the intervention.

Research on collaborative construction management of construction project based on BIM technology

In order to overcome the problems of high root mean square error, low monitoring accuracy and low reliability in construction project collaborative management, a new construction project collaborative management method based on BIM technology is proposed. Combined with BIM technology and collaborative management, this method establishes the network structure model of collaborative management, and expounds the evolution process of collaborative management. This method makes qualitative analysis and quantitative research on the collaborative degree of project management by combining the logistic model and order parameter principle, and completes the collaborative management of project construction based on the project organisation management system of BIM technology. The experimental results show that the root mean square of relative error is reduced by 0.84, the accuracy of monitoring is improved by 41%, and the reliability is improved by 18%, which is suitable for the collaborative management mode of current project innovation in China.
